Suede is overall in good condition with no major flaws but does have surface dirt visible in some areas and spots on the back of one sleeve. Shearling has stains, especially in the interior, but is completely in tact and in Good condition otherwise. Coat is very thick, heavy and slightly stiff feeling. This absolutely needs to be professionally cleaned, especially the shearling, and price reflects that. It is a solid well made vintage piece though, and definitely worth the trip to the cleaners!!
