Refund policy

Exchanges are made whenever possible. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer,  unless the exchange is requested due to an error on our part. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the incorrect item is received, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service via email. Subject should be Return Request, and a detailed description of the issue should be included. We reserve the right to request photos of any damages claimed. All returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery, and the item must be returned unused. We reserve the right to reject a return for additional damage, odor or signs of wear, and missing tags/packaging. If the return is accepted, a return label will be emailed to you and a refund will be issue to the original form of payment.
