Vintage condition. Lining needs a needle and thread to repair. Wool is in good condition and shows no major spots or thinning. There is a spot, shown in photos, right inside the lapel. Pin size hole that is covered when sleeves are cuffed. However, when cuffed the cream does have stains. Any flaws found are clearly photographed and it's still a great coat!
