THIS ITEM IS A CUSTOMER RETURN. THEY DID NOT LIKE IT, SO SENT IT BACK AFTER USING. THE DIRT CHAMBER HAS VISIBLY HAD DIRT IN IT BUT THIS WAS VERY MINIMALLY USED AND WAS TESTED. WORKS PERFECTLY AND DOES COME IN ORIGINAL BOX. IT APPEARS TO BE MISSING THE PLASTIC EXTENSION TUBE BUT ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED.
