This item came to us from Macy's with a damage/reticket tag. The actual bag is new and in flawless condition. However, a grommet that holds the strap to the clasp is missing. The original Coach strap could be fixed fairly easily or you can just swap out the strap. We have used the usual stock photos but since this item is flawed, we have also included some additional photos of the actual bag you will receive. Those photos show the missing grommet. With a retail of $295 it's a great deal!
